WESTWOODS by HENBER Realty Development Corporation, an Iloilo City-based enterprise founded by Mr. Henry Chusuey and Engr. Bernan Certeza. Westwoods Subdivision is a fifty-hectare gated residential subdivision community that is located along Senator Benigno Aquino Avenue (West Diversion Road) in Dungon C, Mandurriao District of Iloilo City. It is a mere 1.8 kilometers from SM City Mall (no more than five minutes, even during heavy traffic), and is straddled by the central and fast-developing districts of Jaro and Mandurriao. The price list is arranged by block and lot numbers which correspond to the lot and block numbers on the map. It includes details such as the size of a lot (area), its price per square meter, its total cost, downpayment amount and monthly amortization amounts for three-, four- and five-year in-house financing plans. (The downpayment is payable in six installments, interest-free.) In the map, the numbers inside the lots are the Lot Numbers, while the numbers inside the circles are the Block Numbers. As mentioned earlier, these Lot and Block Numbers correspond with the price list.
